National Veterinary Associates Appoints Sean McDonald as Head of Enterprise Transformation
Austin, TX – October 1, 2025 – National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean McDonald as Head of Enterprise Transformation. McDonald brings deep expertise in leveraging technology to drive strategic growth, operational innovation, and financial transformation. With a track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives across global organizations, he will play a pivotal role in modernizing NVA’s systems, scaling digital capabilities, and accelerating data-driven decision-making.
Most recently, McDonald served as Chief Financial Officer for Aon’s Global Enterprise Client Group and Innovation portfolio, overseeing more than $2.5 billion in annual revenue and leading the financial strategy for six innovation businesses. His work included developing new operating models, driving double-digit growth, and implementing governance structures to accelerate commercialization.
Prior to his role at Aon, McDonald held leadership positions in investment banking and corporate development at Robert W. Baird & Co., Optum, and Citadel Investment Group. He began his career at PwC.
