At NVA, our success is a direct reflection of our ability to attract and empower great people who seek to ensure broad access to high-quality care and advancement of cutting-edge medicine to extend and improve the lives of pets. Every day our Human Resources team members lead programs to attract and retain top talent, help our teams learn and grow, and ensure NVA and Ethos are great place to work and practice medicine.

With more than 20 years of experience in strategic people and organizational development, I help businesses grow through its team members, best-in-class talent management programs, transformational organizational design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. A global thought leader on redefining the leadership model, I frequently write about courageous leadership, vulnerability, and changing the leadership dynamic to be one based on heart-centered and compassionate principles.

Before joining NVA, I held positions across many different industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, professional services, e-commerce, and consulting. Prior to working in the HR field, I also worked in advertising and communications. Most recently, as their Chief People & Diversity Officer, I helped SmileDirect, in their journey from pre-IPO to a public company. Throughout my career, I have long advocated for inclusion, diversity and belonging, believing that an environment based on empathy, compassion and enabling all to bring their full selves to work builds a strong culture and community. When not out supporting the teams, I live in Nashville, Tennessee, with my three daughters and our two dogs.
