Our community’s caregivers have tremendous gifts and talents. But it’s a challenging profession, so my team and I foster an environment that empowers them to thrive. We design programs and resources to support their personal and professional growth and help them live more fully. We care for our caregivers because when they succeed, animals are healthier and the people who love them are happier.

I discovered my passion for helping people find fulfillment after returning from Desert Storm. I led leadership training and development at Mott & Associates for 15 years and began working with NVA in 2007. When I’m not serving our community, you'll likely find me on an adventure with my wife and daughter in the mountains, facilitating veteran retreats, or at home with our Goldendoodle, Cockapoo and two Guinea pigs.
