The business development team helps grow our community by forming new partnerships with hospitals and pet resorts. But our work doesn’t end there. We help owners shape their future role in their business and provide the expertise and resources to meet their personal goals. They dedicate their careers to helping animals, so we dedicate ours to helping them realize their dreams. We love to welcome new additions to our community, however, our big win often occurs years later, when our partners proclaim how happy they are that we’ve honored what they built and exceeded their expectations.

Since earning a JD and MBA from Duke University, I’ve held business development roles at Kindred Healthcare, Morgan Stanley, Houlihan & Lokey and Howard & Zurkin, but I’ve never been part of a team like this. We’re all here to make a difference. I’m proud to work alongside them.
