Every day our hospitals and pet resorts place the care of pets and their clients above all else. At NVA, we celebrate and support their work by creating innovative capabilities, including advanced doctor recruiting efforts, marketing programs, technology expertise, online sales support, and more. As we collaborate with doctors, medical and pet resort teams across our community, we continually ask ourselves one simple question: How can we make our caregivers' lives easier? It's not until our veterinarians and hospital managers have everything they need to do their jobs that we have done ours. They don't deserve any less.
Throughout my career, I've focused on driving positive change for organizations and the people who support them. At Bain and Company, DaVita, and Optum, I led teams focused on enhancing client experiences and driving innovation. I have been guided throughout by a leadership principle I learned while serving in the Marine Corps: take care of your people. When they can do their best, they thrive, and our mission moves forward. When I'm not driving innovation for NVA, you might find me mountain biking with my family or playing with our dog Katsu.
