Dr. Faeh is the Managing Veterinarian at Elmhurst Animal Care Center in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst, Illinois. Her major interests include pediatric medicine and surgery, focusing mostly on cats and dogs.

She is a past president of both the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association and the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association. Currently, she is the AVMA Vice President, and she serves on the AVMA Board of Directors.
