Agoura Hills, Calif. – Feb. , 2022 – National Veterinary Associates (NVA), a leading global pet care organization and community of more than 1,400 veterinary hospitals and pet resorts, today announced the appointment of Tami Majer as Chief People Officer. Tami begins her tenure as a member of NVA’s executive team and reports to Chief Executive Officer Greg Hartmann. She leads NVA’s global efforts to attract the best veterinarians, pet care professionals and business leaders while furthering NVA’s investment in people, teams and culture.

An accomplished Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in people-centric organizations, Tami has led human resources functions within Banfield Pet Hospital, Danone North America and 24 Hour Fitness across the U.S. and Canada. Tami’s expertise will be instrumental as NVA continues to invest in innovation, global expansion and the fast-growing Specialty and Emergency veterinary segment.
