At NVA Compassion-First, our operations leaders are driven by a common goal: to support the growth of our specialty and emergency hospitals and empower their leaders. Whether it’s oncology, rehabilitation, surgery, or radiology, our cutting-edge practices bring unparalleled expertise and treatments to their local communities. Likewise, the NVA Equine practices we support have distinct care, equipment, operational and multi-state requirements all their own. We collaborate with each hospital to determine their unique needs, so we may tailor our support and help them achieve their goals. The doctors and care staff we serve work at the forefront of veterinary medicine, advancing animal care and defining the future of our profession. We’re here to support them in their success.

As the son of two educators, serving others is something that’s always been important to me. And I’ve spent the majority of my career helping teams expand their service to their customers and communities. After studying business and philosophy at the University of Southern California, I worked as a consultant for Bain and Company. I later earned an MBA from Stanford University and held various operational roles at Yelp Inc. and CRC real estate. When I joined NVA in 2016, I realized a new passion for supporting animal care and serving the talented professionals who work tirelessly to save and change lives.
